Masha'Allah, Tabarak! A truly wonderful place. I recommend it to visitors of Abha and Khamis Mushait, especially with the recent developments and the inauguration of the tallest dancing fountain and the heritage village. We ask God to grant them continued success and prosperity.

The treatment was unfortunately terrible. The Asir Governorate should intervene. The gate staff don't respect the elderly or people with disabilities and special needs. There's no shuttle service for the elderly and people with disabilities and special needs; it's only available for celebrities and those with special invitations. Sadly, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Negatives: 1/ The road to the location is unpaved and not clearly marked on Google Maps. 2/ Most shops within the resort are closed, and the limited number of cafes and restaurants are not equipped to accommodate large numbers of customers. 3/ There are no directional signs with a map of the location, including information on food areas, restrooms, and the play area, etc., which is crucial for the resort. 4/ I didn't see any security personnel or guides to assist me today. 5/ There are no afternoon activities. 6/ There are not enough chairs or seating areas, and no caravans are available for rent. Positives: The place is large, spacious, and clean. I wish this beautiful resort continued progress, development, and success. God willing, we will visit again.
