3 weeks agoPeace be upon you. Here's my experience with them in short: I completed all my arrangements with them and informed them that I wanted a complete trip and the most luxurious hotels. They gave me the names of the hotels, and I researched them. The hotels were nice, but upon arrival, I discovered that they were exactly as they had described, but they found me the worst rooms – the smallest rooms with the worst views. I contacted the company, and they said it wasn't their responsibility; it was my booking. They told me to go to the hotel, give them money, give them anything to change it. After contacting the hotels, they told me it was my booking and my request, and that it wasn't their responsibility. Be aware of this point, even though I paid a large sum of money.
