Peace be upon you. I'd like to raise a point: is it reasonable that a women's club has been without tissues (fine tissues) for a month? When I ask for a tissue from reception, they say it's not their responsibility and that management hasn't provided them.

A huge thank you and many expressions of gratitude to the entire club management, especially Coach Aisha. She's incredibly kind and thoughtful, and I swear to God, this isn't flattery. She's the heart and soul of the club, and without her, the club wouldn't be as energetic or active. It's enough that she gives us her time and puts in so much effort to keep the classes running. She gives and gives with such love. I'm grateful to know her and for the wonderful days she adds to my routine, from events and challenges to tours. She's truly one of the best people, and the others are no less wonderful.I'm with you at every event! My favorite place is always Fitness Time in Al-Difaa neighborhood. ♥️

Unfortunately, my experience at the gym was not up to par. For over a month, there has been no tissue available in the restrooms, despite repeated complaints to management. This is a basic issue that needs addressing.Furthermore, some of the receptionists are unhelpful. When I request to increase the air conditioning, they only adjust it slightly, and then it becomes hot again, making my workout uncomfortable.I hope the gym management will address these concerns and improve their service, as these details significantly impact members' experiences and discourage membership renewals.

There's a new trainer named Munia, but her attitude is terrible. I've never seen a trainer so rude.
