a week agoThe reception was terrible, and the worst of them was Ahmed, who was rude and unprofessional. He took a room but refused to provide extra sheets or blankets, and there was no crib. I don't recommend dealing with them.

3 weeks agoThe Egyptian guy at reception, I just arrived, was yelling at me, saying I could come in at 6 AM early and leave at 12 PM. What kind of system is that? He was talking to me like he was nothing. When I said I'd come in at 6, he started saying there were no rooms available. If you keep him there, he'll drive away customers like I did because of his rude attitude.
